Meet the Maxa Detailing Team
Owner and founder Sven Maxa began his precast detailing career as a trainee at Girotto Precast. He spent eight years developing his drafting skills, eventually developing systems and procedures for the refinement of add-on software and in-house procedures to expedite the detailing, manufacturing and erection processes.
In 2004, Sven branched out on his own to establish sustainable design company, Maxa Design, where he developed a reputation as a leading environmental building designer.
Sven established Maxa Detailing in 2010 drawing on his expertise in both construction and detailing. Sven is continually looking at new methods and tools to ensure Maxa Detailing is the market leader in precast concrete panel detailing.
With an eye for detail, Paul brings a conscious work ethic, professional approach and passion for the precast industry in his role as Precast Detailing and Business Development Manager at Maxa Detailing.
Paul began his career at Girotto Precast alongside Maxa founder, Sven. Working initially as a trainee, he worked up to Shop Detailing and later Supervisor of the Detailing department. Paul gained invaluable skills and knowledge across all aspects of the precast industry during his time at the manufacturing factory.
In 2008, he accepted a Detailing Management position with Girotto Precast’s new Brisbane office. The company was later acquired by Boral, and then Austral Precast. Paul joined Maxa Detailing’s Brisbane office in Fortitude Valley in 2011.
He has a degree in Arts / Architecture from Deakin University and lives with his wife and two children.

At Maxa Detailing Nathan applies his experience of panel detailing to deliver products to a wide range of manufacturers.
An avid cricket fan, Nathan plays for his local cricket team and also follows the Sydney Swans in AFL.
